How do I make an appointment?
Telephone or email an individual member. You may get an answerphone which is completely confidential. Please leave your name, telephone number and a convenient time to contact you.

What happens next?
You will be offered an initial assessment in which your difficulties can be thought about to ensure that psychotherapeutic counselling is most helpful to you at this time in your life. Regular sessions are weekly or can be more frequent; they last 50 minutes and are usually at the same time each week to enable a feeling of safety and continuity. Practical details such as cost will be thought about.
